"GT" stands for high performance.
"High-speed bridge cutting machine" uses permanent magnet synchronous motors (some are also called servo motors) for left and right walking and front and rear slicing. Compared with the current ordinary three-phase asynchronous motor, the speed can be twice that of the current ordinary bridge cutting machine. ;The speed increase by 2 times refers to the retraction and front and rear splitting when walking left and right. As for the feeding, it needs to be determined according to the material of the stone and the amount of the knife. The speed can be adjusted, but it will be more powerful than the current ordinary motor, because the permanent The output of the magnetic synchronous motor (servo motor) is constant torque; the previous inverter corresponding to the motor was replaced with a customized version of the inverter, and the encoder was replaced with an electronic magnetic scale to ensure the stability and accuracy of operation.
